Step 1 – It’s as simple as selecting YouTube’s ‘Closed Caption ‘.
YouTube can translate closed captions. These steps will help introduce the capability.

Open the options (the gear) to move to the next step.

Step 3 – Select “Auto-Translate” and Pick the Language

Step 4 – Select the Language
A long list of languages are available. They are all the best that Google can do today, with constant “AI learning.” In this example, Khmer is selected by someone in Cambodia.
